Small but efficiënt rooms, with coffee/tea maker in the room. I asked for a room on backside due to possible trafficnoise. Good quality breakfast. Close to city center, walking distance

Overall, it's a good place. The room was a little bit worn off. The big lamp didn't work, but it was fine. It was warm in the winter

The room was comfortable but small and a bit chilly. There didn't seem to be any heating that worked. The breakfast was copious and excellent - a good choice of savoury dishes which suited us.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and multilingual. The breakfast was very extensive and good. The main train station was around 15-20 minutes away by foot and the shopping district and old city were also in a 10-20 walking distance away.

Friendly & v helpful staff. Very comfortable beds & good air conditioning which was welcome in the smallish room. Good safe car parking for an average size car.

The location was ideal to see the city centre of Tours and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The underground secure parking was a great bonus. The buffet breakfast was really good with lots of different options. I would highly recommend the Originals City, Au Relais Saint-Éloi when staying in Tours

That a reasonably good location (walking distance to center), room is comfortable and big enough, air condition is working properly (that's a strong point in a hot day...), nice/well equipped bathroom, enough power plugs. Overall a good experience, I'd definitely recommend this location

the bathroom was exceptionally clean! staff was very helpful. all the food in the dining room was labelled with appropriate vegan/vegeterian signs which was amazing. the staff helped me with every request i had (from giving me a map of the city and writing down every location i needed to providing an option for vegan milk)

The hotel was in a nice location, just a few blocks from the main plazas and streets of the city, so I was a close walk to everything but the evenings here were quiet. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
